The Charleston Digital Corridor Foundation presents the fourth annual Innovator's 5K run. The 2010 iFive:K will be held on April 22nd at 6:30 PM and is open to runners, as well as walkers. With start and finish lines at the Charleston Maritime Center on the Harbor, the course winds through historic downtown Charleston and finishes with a post-race celebration at the Charleston Maritime Center.

Join us for a Wellness Run sponsored by eGroup! On March 10th, March 31st and April 14th, last year's overall winner, Karl Walsh, will assist runners by offering techniques to improve your running. Each run will start at 6pm and end at the Flagship (participants should run at a pace/distance with which they are comfortable). The 'cool-down' will include refreshments. There is no fee associated with the Wellness Runs, however, participants must be registered for the i5k. To participate, email Kimberly Taylor.
